An Act relating to contributions to the governor, the lieutenant               
governor, and candidates for the offices of governor and lieutenant            
governor; and providing for an effective date and recommended it

specifying time periods for making, soliciting, or                             
accepting campaign contributions to candidates for                             
state office; and providing for an effective date.
